One of the things I disliked about how I handled Casual WoW up to now was the irregularity in posting that I maintained. While there will still be many random posts, I’m also setting a schedule for some posts so that everyone knows what to expect. Here are the basics:

• Every Monday I will have an “editorial” column that I write, and the topics will be the varied-types of posts everyone has come to expect from Casual WoW.
• I am planning to have a post every Thursday that is WoW specific, although I’m not guaranteeing that particular schedule yet until I know for certain I will be able to keep it. My goal is to do so, and we’ll see how it goes.
• Once I know I have the time to do so I’ll be adding in a regular post focusing more on psychological/philosophical topics that relate to gaming. For now these will end up being random, and hopefully I’ll be able to commit to a specific schedule soon.
• The lovely Syrana has agreed to write a regular column that will be posted twice monthly, the dates of which will be determined soon.
• Everyone involved with this project will most likely post the random topic here and there as they desire to, and these may be frequent or infrequent.
• The forums will be open to anyone who would like to use them and will only require registration to post. For now registration is required to view everything too, but as their use grows and I have more people helping to monitor the forums that will be changed. The only thing necessary to register is a valid email address.

In a nutshell, these are the types of changes I am trying to bring to the table, and why the decision was made to completely migrate from Casual WoW to Diabolical Minds. While World of Warcraft has an excellent community, I want to see the growth of a fellowship around those who enjoy more than just WoW, or maybe even those who do not play anymore but want to still have the interaction that makes the WoW community so special.
