“Best wishes” or “we’ll miss you” simply do not express the sentiment that many of us feel after learning of your decision, and yet “congratulations” and “we’re so happy for you” sound so… well, overused and insincere when you really think about it.

The only thing that truly comes to mind is, quite simply, that things will not be the same without your presence, and you will be sorely missed.
